Michael Moretta

As Head of Monitoring, I manage our team of Relationship Managers that look after Enhance's global fiduciary client base, whilst also personally advising a range of key clients.

Having been at Enhance for over 8 years, I have already see significant change in the business, which is leading the way through its technological developments, especially in relation to increased methods of client interaction. These changes have been supported by the fact Enhance has been able to maintain a young and dynamic team throughout the business. As a young and relatively small team with big aspirations, there is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop your career at Enhance. 

Before joining Enhance in 2013 I worked at AIB Bank (C.I.) Limited, firstly in the Private Banking team before moving over to the Portfolio Management function - although there was a continued overlap in these two roles in the 9 years I was there. I joined Enhance initially as a Wealth Consultant on the Advisory side of the business before changing to the Monitoring side of Enhance in 2018. I have over 15+ years of offshore finance experience and have completed the Private Client Investment Advice & Management qualification (Level 6).
