Tom Wiseman

I am the Chief Executive of Enhance Group overseeing our multi-jurisdictional investment monitoring and advice activities from our Jersey headquarters. Prior to relocating to Jersey, I was Managing Director of Enhance in London, establishing our Consultancy practice with Dr Ruzhen Li and continue to actively advise a small number of families and institutional investment clients.

We are a young, entrepreneurial business that augments the enthusiasm and investment expertise of our staff with cutting-edge open source cloud technology to deliver investment reporting and advice to clients around the world. With a relaxed, yet focused working environment we don't believe in offering jobs rather we provide careers with meaningful opportunity for professional growth to all of our team. 

Having originally trained as a Stockbroker at Charles Stanley Plc in London, in 2009 I joined Seven Investment Management (7IM). At 7IM, I managed a portfolio of private clients working closely with a broad range of professional advisers in both the UK and offshore jurisdictions. In 2013 I became a Partner and helped to establish 7IM’s Private Client Team, providing multi-asset investment strategies, securitised lending and cash management to wealthy families and their associated structures. I graduated with honours in Law from The University of Sheffield and am a Chartered Wealth Manager & Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
