What I do at Enhance Group
I am the head of Consultancy at Enhance Group, responsible for setting the strategy for the consultancy business and advising our clients. In addition I am a board director for our regulated business entity, Enhance Wealth Consultancy Limited.

Enhance is set to harness the huge growth potential in all fronts in a future where financial markets are entering into tougher era in general. This growth ambition is reflected in all aspects of the business, ranging from the target clientele, the business proposition, the business strategy and of course the make-up of our team. Who am I?
I have over 12 years of experience in researching investment managers to advise families and their professional advisers on complex investment affairs. My approach combines my academic diligence, professional training, and skills as a qualified hypnotherapist in manager research to select the best talents that the investment industry has to offer.
After completing my PhD, I started my career with Deloitte Private Client Services Limited and became a CFA Charter Holder. I subsequently co-led a Management Buyout of the investment consulting and advisory business, which led to the establishment of LJ Athene Investment Advisory Ltd, where I was the Head of Research and one of the founding members. I am a native Mandarin speaker and have an in-depth understanding of the culture and a strong business network in China due to my long-standing entrepreneurial interests.
I also enjoy career and life coaching, having been the visiting lecturer for MSc students from Brunel University since 2014. I also play the Chinese Zither and practise Tai Chi and Pilates. Travelling is my passion, and I have now visited 58 countries and regions; I am on a steady path to achieve my goal to cover all the UN-recognised countries in my lifetime. More generally I also like to keep physically active with various hobbies such as hiking, skiing and rock climbing.
